She sold my house even before I was able to complete lots of renovations it needed.  To me it was going to be a challenge just to get it ready to sell.  It was all quick and painless however and the math worked out very well in spite of the short marketing time.  She was thorough and relentless in keeping the deal  in order from contract to closing.  I would definitely ask this Realtor to list for me again if that means anything.
