! The lender was a nightmare but she stuck by me throughout the entire process! If I had any questions she was there to answer. The lender's parent company owned the property and they were quite hard to contact and move forward with but she did very well with them!

 To me it was going to be a challenge just to get it ready to sell.  It was all quick and painless however and the math worked out very well in spite of the short marketing time.  She was thorough and relentless in keeping the deal  in order from contract to closing.  I would definitely ask this Realtor to list for me again if that means anything.
